MY GUARANTEE
As my client, i guarantee that i will give you my best effort, to the best of my ability and training, at all times. I will be honest and will guide you accordingly. I will not just tell you what you want to hear and lead you along into fantasy land. I will not judge you, and everything you disclose to me will be held in strict confidence. If your situation is one i do not feel that i can adequately handle, i will tell you so. I will not waste your time and money, and i will never sell or suggest unnecessary services.
I will do my best to work within your financial parameters, and i will never drive up my prices if i think you can afford it, nor will i suggest excessively expensive supplies or work or pressure you into buying additional goods or services. I will always offer suggestions to fit within reasonable budget limitations.
Although i do not generally offer refunds (please read my FAQs for more information), i will give you my most concerted efforts and full attention in fulfilling your supply needs and when entrusted to provide spiritual services. I will work hard to make you happy and to accommodate all good-faith suggestions.
Although laws in my state of residence require me to state that all spiritual supplies and services are to be considered for entertainment purposes only, know that i believe in the efficacy of these traditional pursuits from the bottom of my heart. I use my own products myself daily, and provide similar faith-based spiritual services to my own friends and family.

CONDUCT & SERVICE AGREEMENT
As my customer and client, by purchasing goods and/or services from me, you agree to comply with the following conduct parameters and terms of service:
You must be over the age of eighteen, be emancipated, and of sound mind. No exceptions; i can only work for legal adults.
You agree to have read the entirety of this page (the Terms of Service Page) and the Disclaimer Page. You are also encouraged to read the FAQs for more relevant information.
You agree to a working professional relationship. In our working partnership, i expect to be treated with no different conduct from that shared with other hired professionals in the helping and ministerial field. You would not send several emails a day to your therapist or to a minister just to have someone to speak to and talk about your day with. These folks are busy in their work, and so am i. Of course i am happy to answer questions, counsel my clients, and offer suggestions, but this differs substantially from clients using me as a free therapist, life coach, and sounding board. This applies as well to my paying spiritual work clients too. When we are engaged in work together, there is a necessary flow of communication between us, but there are also boundaries and excessive dependence/emailing which i discourage.
The overall goal for engaging in spiritual work is to empower yourself, something i will work vigorously for on my client's behalf, and i do not wish to foster dependence on myself and on my spiritual work. Please read my FAQs for more information about email contact, how i prioritize emails, and other contact options.
Folks i won't work for: I will not do work for folks who refuse medical treatment for physical and psychological complaints. I do not work for people who refuse to help themselves, who like to wallow in self-pity, whose pay-off is being deeply unsatisfied and who don't want to change this. I will not do work for folks who suffer from OCD that is not thoroughly managed. I will not work for mentally ill people who refuse to take their medications. If you have hired more than three spell-casters or similar practitioners for your current situation all within a short window of time, i am not interested in being another notch in your spiritual bedpost.
I will not tolerate dishonesty or folks who intentionally or willfully mislead me to "test the psychic." I have found it ineffective and counterproductive to work for folks who are mentally and emotionally unstable, who are so overcome they can't think straight or rationally. This is different from folks who are truly down and out and depressed; i am referring to people who have some sort of pay-off in being a hopeless martyr.
I refuse service for anyone who willfully breaks one of my Terms of Service. I immediately break contact with folks who bully me, who abuse me, or who threaten me or my family. Basically, if you are not a respectful person or don't work well with others, please don't hire me. I will refuse service and break contact with anyone who is sexually suggestive or is otherwise inappropriate.
By violating this or any terms of the Service Agreement, i have the right to cut off contact with you, and i am not obligated financially or otherwise to you and may completely cease contact.
You agree not to plagiarize me and my writings. Nothing that i write on my blog, website, or in personal emails may be reproduced in any fashion without my prior consent. Imitation is a form of flattery, but plagiarism is illegal and all my writings, including emails, are my own copyrighted property.
You agree not to post my name, my email or physical address, my writings, and/or my website to any online forum, message board, blog, or website without my express permission. I know many people like to share things of a metaphysical and magical nature, and i know there are many kind clients who would like to spread the word and drum up business for me, but still i have to request that you not do so without contacting me first. You do have the right to free speech, but there is a fine legal line between expressing displeasure and libelous statements. If you are not happy, if you think i am terrible and incompetent, then you have the right to never patronize me again ;-)
You agree that for best results, there are certain steps you must take. You bear sole responsibility for your own destiny, and for spiritual work to set in, sometimes there are simple behaviors that you must abide by for best results. These usually fall under the common sense category such as not stalking an ex you wish to reconcile with. You agree to put forth your best efforts to comport with my suggestions if you desire the best effect. Failure to do so is not a reflection on me or my ability or inability, nor is it free game to slander me, abuse me, ask for a refund, etc.
For the best service, you will make a concerted effort to provide me with the most accurate and honest information about your current situation as well as provide current, valid contact information. This must be provided in a timely manner as delays affect my scheduling. Please only purchase spiritual work when you are actually ready to have it done and when you have the time to answer a short questionnaire and check your email daily.
You agree that i am not a psychologist or a licensed mental health professional, and therefore you do not expect me to behave as such. I am always happy to be supportive and to offer my advice, but my spiritual supplies and services are in no way a replacement for conventional psychotherapy or psychiatry. Please seek the advice and treatment from proper medical, social, legal, and mental health professionals.
PURCHASING TERMS:

I keep varying office hours. Please check my Client Section for current availability and wait times.
I answer most emails within 24 business hours. This is true with all Requests for Services and/or Supplies, emails from clients, and from prospective clients. I do prioritize my emails, so personal emails or venting emails will be answered after all other higher priority emails.
I only accept PayPal and US Postal Service money orders. With PayPal please allow 24 hours for confirmation of payment. You can check the status of your payment directly on the PayPal website. Service will not begin until payment is processed. In the case of money order payment, this takes longer as we have to wait on the payment to arrive by mail and then depositing it in my bank account. If you're in a hurry, pay by PayPal. It's quite convenient to use.

All supplies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Allow one week handling time to complete all custom work including fixed vigil lights, mojo bags, and other amulets. Other orders can usually be shipped more expeditiously, but this is no guarantee. Check my current wait times on the Client Section or contact me about the availability of rushed processing. Check my FAQs for more information about shipping.

I am not a psychologist, health care practitioner, lawyer, police officer, or social worker, and you agree to not treat me as such and to seek the proper professional help as your situation warrants.
I spend many, many hours a day at my computer answering emails from clients and prospective clients, crafting spiritual supplies, and performing spiritual work, not to mention my duties as a wife and mother (not to mention my own hobbies and spiritual practices). There is just not enough time left over in a day to offer pages of free advice, answer questions that are adequately addressed on my website (see my FAQs), or act as an unpaid life coach. I'm not trying to be uncompassionate, just realistic.
